  I placed a small food order (one wrap and a bag of fried pickles) and it took 27 minutes to receive my order! Every single person that ordered a drink got their order right away, including 6 drink orders that were placed after I had placed my order, and yet my food order took 27 minutes.
  
  I wasn't the only food order that had to wait either. Every single person that ordered food was forced to wait around 15-27 minutes or more to get their order while every single person that ordered a drink, even if they ordered their drink 5 minutes ago, received their order right away. I had a lot of free time on my hands while I waited 27 minutes so I paid attention and it was obvious if you ordered food you weren't going to get it anytime soon.
  
  By the time I got my food it wasn't even hot. My total order was $11.55 and I think it's more than reasonable to ask for a refund considering it took 27 minutes to receive my small order, but the store refused to refund my money.
  
  I love ordering fast food at sheetz because it's supposed to be fast and fresh, but I will never again go to the 1841 Baltimore Pike, Hanover PA location and urge you to not either.
